  • System Configuration & Setup: Establishing project templates, user roles, permissions, and project-specific settings to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project requirements. ​
  • User Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the E3D system to ensure appropriate access rights based on roles and responsibilities.
  • Project Management Support: Assisting project managers and engineering teams with project setup, data management, and troubleshooting issues related to E3D software.
  • Customization and Configuration: Tailoring the E3D software to meet specific organizational needs, including customizing user interfaces, workflows, and reports.
  • Data Management and Integration: Overseeing data management processes within E3D, including data import/export, data integrity checks, and integration with other engineering and design software systems.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering issues with E3D software. ​
