Aveva E3D – General Admin encompasses a comprehensive set of administrative tasks essential for the effective management and configuration of AVEVA Everything3D (E3D) projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the E3D environment operates smoothly, aligning with project requirements and organizational standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration & Setup: Establishing the E3D environment, including configuring project templates, user roles, permissions, and project-specific settings to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project requirements.
- User Management: Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within the E3D system to ensure appropriate access rights based on roles and responsibilities. This includes creating and modifying user accounts, assigning roles, and setting permissions.
- Project Management Support: Assisting project managers and engineering teams with project setup, data management, and troubleshooting issues related to the E3D software, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Customization and Configuration: Tailoring the E3D software to meet specific organizational needs, including customizing user interfaces, workflows, and reports, to optimize productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Data Management and Integration: Overseeing data management processes within E3D, including data import/export, data integrity checks, and integration with other engineering and design software systems, to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering issues with the E3D software, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Training and Documentation: Developing training materials and documentation to onboard new users and train existing users on the use of the E3D software, ensuring that users have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the software.
